Ads for food and wine
The ad is for Parmesan, traditional Italian cheese whose trademark is carved in each piece. The slogan "Il gusto della tradizione" means "the taste of tradition". The copy points out when you can eat some parmesan cheese and why it is so good. The secret of this wonderful cheese is a very old tradition. In fact they still make Parmesan as they used to do a long time ago. The picture shows a big slice of Parmeaan cheese on a table next to a bowl of pasta and some glasses full of white wine. The table is in the middle of a garden. There are two pictures on the bottom of the ad, one with a full Parmesan cheese and the other with a big slice.The pictures are very good and clear. They suggest that this product has a good quality thanks to its old tradition. The ad is for people who apprecaiate good and genuine food and can distinguish between good and better.The message is quite simple but it's clear and effective. The ad is for a well known Italian brand of red wine, Chianti, produced in Tuscany. There's a glass containing a red delicate piece of silk, which is exacltly the colour of Chianti and on the right corner a cork with the brand. The slogan "Un vino così sta bene su tutto. Dalla toscana il vino d'Italia nel mondo" means " A wine like Chianti is good with everything. From Tuscany Italian wines for the world". The ad is very simple but sophisticated so it is meant for wine connoisseurs. The message is effective because it compares Chianti to the smothness of silk. The elements of the ad are consistent.
