Ads featuring women stereotypes
In this advertising there are two fat twin sisters who are sitting on two deckchairs.They are wearing the same type of bikini. The slogan focuses on the possibility offered by the bank of a current account which suits different requests from different customers. The message is effective and humorous as well, and consistent with the image.

The ad is for Bosch Car Service. The slogan "Mai con uno sconosciuto. Meglio Bosch car service means " Never do it with someone you don't know. Bosch car service is much better". Of course it plays on ambiguity both of the words and the picture of a beautiful girl's smiling face. In the copy there's some infomation on Bosch car service and details on how to contact them (telephone number, web site address etc). The ad is ironic but, in my opinion, too explicit to bet really effective.

BRAND: Igi e Co
LOGO: Igi E Co (sportiva dentro). Igi e co (sportive inside)
SLOGAN: Prendi la vita con la giusta ironia (Take life with the right amount of irony)
COPY: La scarpa leggera, flessibile e traspirante, insomma sportiva dentro, proprio come te. A light, flexible transpiring shoe, that is sportive inside, just like you.
SCENE: in the background there are three washing machines and a housewife emptying one of them, with her head and torso inside the machine. The woman looks very active and is wearing sneakers. In the foreground there’s a big sneaker and the shoes brand name.
EVALUATION
ARTISTIC: This is very efficient
PSYCHOLOGICAL: The ad relies on identification: if you wear sports shoes you are a sportive woman, no matter what you do.
TARGET: Active women, especially housewives
MESSAGE: The message is: if you wear the right shoes your real inner self will come out.
CONSISTENCY: Yes

SLOGAN: Fastun Gel risponde colpo su colpo Fastum gel answer hit to hit
COPY: Colpo della strega. In Italian means a very bad strain in your back? How many bumps did you take in your life? Muscle strains, bruises distortions, there’s the action of Fastum Gel.
SETTING: A witch bumping into a lamppost
EVALUATION
ARTISTIC:. The ad structure is very beautiful, it’s a visual metaphor
PSYCHOLOGICAL: It relies on humour to tackle a serious problem, how to treat physical pain.
TARGET: All people
MESSAGE: Efficient for its humour
CONSISTENCY: not a lot because the picture is a metaphor in regard to message

BRAND: Saeco EsPRESSO Machines

SLOGAN: A Stefano piace il caffè lungo, a Paolo il cappuccino e a Marco l’espresso. A lei piacciono tutti e tre. Stefano likes long coffee. Paolo likes cappucino and Marco likes espresso. She likes the three of them. There’s a shorter slogan in English in the bottom: Ideas with passion, SAECO.

ARTISTIC: The ad relies on words ambiguity: she likes the three of them can mean both the man and the types of coffee.
PSYCHOLOGICAL: Ambiguity. Women like men of different types so better let them have a chance to pick and choose.

ARTISTIC: the page is very beautiful. It is a visual metaphor of the idea expressed in the copy .The woman is actually wearing a flower and looks very happy and relaxed
PSYCHOLOGICAL. Women are flowers, so using the advertised product will add the sweetness of flowers to the natural sweetness of women
TARGET. Women
MESSAGE: Women are sweet and beautiful like flowers.
CONSISTENCY. Slogan copy and picture are very consistent, all playing on the same ideas.
